yesterday, i met up with Joy, Di and Danni for dinner. Danni was late as usual but she kept on insisting that she was 15 mins earlier. - -!!
after dinner at the regular place, we met up with Vivian and took a tram to Federation square to meet up with Julia. Joy and Julia wore something different which is fantastic! hehe.. then we gave Di her present but she knew what the present was without opening the wrap. no surprise at all. not fun. heez.
then off we went to look for the cruise. initially i thought it will be something grand and elegant, something like the cruise i went to in S'pore, u know the big big one. but i was damn wrong. it's only a small boat with a small deck at the rear for people to enjoy the night view. i realised the optom society is damn stingy la. each of us paid 28 dollars just for that. then there was a big empty space in the middle of the boat, with chairs around. erm.. my description is not very good so pardon me. anyway, it's obvious that there won't be enough seats for everyone. so what will happen to the rest of people? i was pretty confused by this whole thing. then i realised why the people come here for. for clubbing!!! if i ever know that the boat is so damn small and all we do for the night is just drinking and clubbing, i won't be here at all. somemore, we were trapped in the boat so we could not leave early even if we dun like it unless we swim back ourselves. at the beginning, everyone queue up for drinks. then after drinking and getting high, people started to dance on the dance floor. i had a cup of drink as well which only contains 0.5% alcohol. tt's what julia told me. the drink tastes damn weird. i still dun like the taste of alcohol. it sucks. dun understand why so many people like to drink. after the drink, i think i got a bit high as well and joined Di and Danni on the dance floor. but i can't really dance.. just anyhow shake la. haha.. anyway had quite a bit of fun too. then after a while, we took a rest and i became sober again. we sat down and observed how other people danced. heh. then, we saw this guy touching those girls in our optom batch cos those girls wore really sexy. there was a lot of touching and hugging going on there. i think those guys were disgusting!! then i got stepped on my foot twice and got a bruise. ^@#$!@# somemore, while i was drinking orange juice, someone pushed me and the orange juice fell all over me. $#$^@%$ ah!! i hate it! seriously, if i know it's gonna be like this, i will never come. many of our batch students didn't go too, those good students i mean. we shouldn't be there too la. heh.. we were so relieved when the boat reached the pier again. it was already 11pm i think. after i got home, i took a bath and i realised my body was all red. what the... then my body started to itch all over. ah!!! i didn't know i am allergy to alcohol like my brother. damn it. so i didn't sleep well last night at all k. see what this cruise has done to me - rashes, bruises and insomnia.
