today is the last day of my third yr sem 1. we had the clinical practical today. i think we have improved on our slit lamp. at least, we know how to go about doing it and what we are looking for. then we did history taking. anthea grouped us up and i ended up in the same group as bao, ho wah and philipa. i was pretty quiet i think coz there were strong personalities in my group (sounds rather like big brother :p) then when ho wah went through the list on the lecture notes to check what we have missed, he actually remembered what i contributed (coz i only contributed one line) but why did he have to mention it? it sounds like he is trying to emphasize how little i have contributed though he doesn't mean tt. - -!! then i paired up with bao to take each other's history. i let her go first and she was very detailed. it's good but in the end, i dun have time to finish my history taking - -!! anyway, it went pretty good.
during the 3 hours' break, di, ju ju and i went to the city. we went to the jap restaurant tt lynette introduced... the food sux big time and the place is soooo crowded. i am not going there a second time. sorry lynette.
then we shopped around and finished our shopping earlier than what i have expected. heehee.. we had like another hour to spend. di was very tired so she went home to take a nap while ju and i went to Co Co Black to buy some iced chocolate and take them back to VCO. yummy!!
i paired up with ju ju for the afternoon pract. i wanted to work with reyhan initially but she switched to the earlier pract coz she had to go off early. hai~ nvm. ju ju is a challenging subject though i have already examined her eyes previously. i ended up making lotsa mistakes and kwang caught me doing them. damn.. i think it's coz i feel too relaxed working with someone i'm so close to. if.. if.. if only i have reyhan as my subject, things will be better ba~~~
after the pract, we went to the end of sem bbq. it was not too bad.. at least i managed to have a burger/sandwich and it tasted not bad at all. joy had two of them and the funny thing is, she finished both of them much faster than me while i only had one. i can be the winner of the 'slowest eating competition'. everyone who knows me in sec, jc and uni knows that ba~~ tt's something about me tt has never changed at all. as usual, we gossiped about pple in optom as well as the professors. opps.. anyway, everything went pretty well i guess..
ok that's the end.. it's time to study really hard now. my battle starts tomorrow.
