alright, i guess i have to update my blog today.
i had my clinical assessment today and i was in the earliest group which was at 8.45am. and i was among the first few to start as student examiners.
while we were waiting for the demonstrators to prepare, we waited at the lab and they talked about world cup. it's pretty interesting and they were damn funny especially mei. it's good la so i can relax before the assessment. heez.
i was pretty lucky coz i have corrine as my examiner. and another good thing is i have reyhan as my patient. i just did reyhan on tuesday!! luckily i went to work with her that day :) i did a few mistakes here and there but i think there were alright coz i refined them. the worst thing is the ophthalmoscope. i just can't see reyhan's fundus!! a lot of time is spent just looking for the optic head and i considered myself lucky to find it. everything is just so blur. maybe she is a high myope!? but i can see julia's fundus really well. that's so weird~ i wonder what's wrong... so in the end, i couldn't get the CD ratio and AV ratio. i think i failed the ophthalmoscope section le. then when i was waiting to be examined, i realised i did another big mistake. i was asked to do ophthal on the left eye, but i was so used to drawing the right eye so i drew the right eye on the record sheet. damn!!
i think corrine won't fail anyone de ba... so i should be alright ba?
then mary had to examine my eyes. she is pretty good.. her ret is very accurate. she did a few mistakes only. and all the while, i was trying to be a good patient. not like vivian's patient.. now i realise there someone can be so mean de~
after that, i went to the city with my cousin and spent the whole afternoon in the city. then on our way home, we went to Vic market coz i can't go Vic market tomorrow. i was damn tired when i got home and i had a terrible headache. after i got home, i rushed over to julia's place to save the jap drama onto my USB. but the USB can only save 5 episodes. so got to go her place next time to save the rest.
nah.. the rest are unimportant stuff. so i will stop here. (enough le ba?)
